Refund Policy

​A full program refund, less a $50 administration charge per registered athlete, will be issued up to 10 days prior to the start date of the program.

After the program start date, a 50% refund, less a $50 administrative charge per registered athlete, will be issued up to 14 days after the program start.

Following the 14-day mark, no refunds will be issued.

Tryout Fees

Tryout registration fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of facility rental and evaluation regardless of tryout outcome.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@wehoopbc.com, including the athlete's name, team, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
